Waitoa Water Treatment Plant & Pipework

Our team recently played a key role in the construction and commissioning of a new water filtration plant at an industrial Protein Plant in the Waikato —completed in just five months! This project focused on extracting bore water from the ground and filtering it through an advanced treatment system to provide clean water for the plant and its boiler.

We were responsible for installing and fitting the pipework, ensuring a smooth connection from the bore to the filtration system, then distributing the purified water throughout the plant and to the boiler. Our work also included plumbing in tanks and integrating essential instrumentation such as flow meters, flow sensors, pressure gauges, and temperature sensors.

To tackle the project’s unique challenges, our engineering team custom-fabricated pipe supports, pump skids, brackets, flanges, and nozzles—ensuring everything fit seamlessly.

We’re very proud of the result!  This is a highly efficient water treatment facility with all visible pipework crafted from stainless steel, delivering a sleek, showroom-quality finish.

This project showcased our team’s expertise, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

We’re proud to have contributed to a system that will support the plant’s operations for years to come!
